Abstract
According to the characteristics of transportation information service products, this paper summarizes four stages of their evaluation indicators, and structures the evaluation model based on back-propagation neural networks, then employs the method of artificial neural networks to evaluate the transportation information service model. The results indicate that the stability of information systems and communication systems comes first, and the perceived serviceability, usability, contact points friendliness come next, and finally is the economic and social benefits. Based on this conclusion, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development of transportation information service products.
