Abstract
Strengthening the emergency scheduling of urban and rural traffic vehicles can effectively improve the management quality of urban and rural traffic vehicles. Aiming at the problems of long time and high cost of scheduling task completion in existing methods, an optimization method of emergency scheduling for urban and rural traffic vehicles based on GPS/GIS is proposed. By analyzing the characteristics of GPS/GIS system, the hierarchical structure of urban and rural traffic GPS and the CIS system of urban and rural traffic vehicles are taken as the basic structure. The main characteristics and functions of each hierarchical structure are analyzed in detail. The relationship between the running time utility function and the running cost utility function of vehicle scheduling task is analyzed, and they are synthesized into comprehensive utility function. The genetic operator is used to generate the initial utility function. The initial pheromone distribution and the global optimal solution of the comprehensive utility function are obtained by using the bidirectional convergent ant colony operator to complete the emergency scheduling optimization of urban and rural traffic vehicles. The experimental results show that the proposed method has shorter task completion time and lower task completion cost.
