Abstract
In order to overcome the low accuracy of carbon emission prediction and pollution risk assessment existing in the traditional environmental pollution impact research methods, a new research method of environmental pollution impact of traffic carbon emission considering time constraints is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the volume coefficient of carbon emission is calculated, and the traffic carbon emission is predicted under time constraints. Secondly, calculate the content of organic matter in the air and the content of pollutants produced by traffic carbon emission in the air. Finally, the concept of coordination degree is introduced to evaluate the impact risk level of traffic carbon emission and air environmental pollution, so as to realize the research on the impact of traffic carbon emission on environmental pollution. The experimental results show that this method can improve the prediction accuracy of traffic carbon emissions, and the accuracy of pollution risk assessment remains above 90%.
