Abstract
To address the issues of poor planning effectiveness, high costs, and low passenger satisfaction associated with traditional methods, a layout planning method for urban rail transit based on topological structure is proposed. This method involves determining the urban rail transit topology based on metrics such as node degrees, betweenness centrality, diameter, and clustering coefficient in an unweighted graph, while also considering the selection of urban rail transit stations. Urban rail transit data is used as input vectors, and the layout planning results are treated as output variables to build the rail transit layout planning model. By utilizing a prepared dataset as training samples, the model is trained and its parameters iteratively adjusted to obtain better planning results. The experimental results demonstrate that the method yields a radially distributed line layout that facilitates transfers, with a total economic cost of 4.978×108 yuan and a maximum passenger satisfaction value of 98.12.
